The history of 100HECTARES wines begins in the early 1970s, when the Brás e Cigarro family made large investments in the purchase and renovation of properties located in the Douro sub-region. The family farms are the origin of their wines, and production is made exclusively from grapes from their properties, something that is at the heart of the family's production philosophy.

Produced from a rigorous selection of Touriga Nacional grapes, from the best vineyards in this Douro region, this Grande Reserva has an enchanting and immediately seductive aroma, with black fruit, exotic woods, sweet spices, toasted cocoa. Creamy, textured, deep, with fine tannins, perfect acidity, austere and long finish, a full Douro.
