Blandy’s Sercial 10 years fermented with natural yeasts at a temperature of 18°C ​​to 21°C in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. After approximately 5 days, fortification is carried out with wine alcohol (96% v/v), in order to maintain the desired natural sugar content.

This wine is a blend of wines with an average age of 10 years, aged in oak casks according to the traditional 'Canteiro' process, in the centuries-old Blandy cellars.

Pale, bright topaz color, with golden nuances. Fresh, with flavors of dried fruit, wood and citrus and a fresh and persistent finish, with dried fruits.
