The grapes were hand-grinded and transported to our cellar, where the process of transformation with total de-enging and gentle crushing began, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 25 days. Maturation over fine lees over 3 months and partial stage in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Light citrus-colored wine, bright. In the aroma stand out floral and tropical fruit notes. In the mouth predominates the complexity of Antão Vaz that gives it freshness and intensity.
