Prepared from a selection of grapes of the Verdelho variety from different parts of the island of Madeira. 100% Disengaged followed by crushing and pressing in pneumatic press. The must was statically clarified at 10ºC for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (between 14 and 16ºC). Subsequently stabilized and filtered before bottling.
