Produced from grape varieties, Antão Vaz and Arinto, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal state of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the cellar, where the technological process begins with total destemming and light crushing. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 16oC. This is followed by this on fine lees for twelve months with regular broom tonnage.

Tasting Notes: With ripe fruit aroma conjugated with elegant notes of dried fruits. In the mouth it is very balanced, with a vibrant minerality and acidity combined with notes of good evolution in a bottle. Ripe fruit predominates, such as pineapple and melon, ending in a rich, full and very persistent finish.
