Wine Vinification Quinta das Carvalhas Branco 2020: The grapes are pressed in pneumatic press. Fermentation begins in stainless steel vats with temperature control and ends in new French oak barrels. An 8-month stage follows in the same barrels over thin lees.

Very fine and delicate aromas but very intense with notes of fruit with nuances of vanilla and toast, from the stage in wood. Although a body on the palate, it causes a feeling of lightness due to its freshness of flavors and lively acidity, ending with a very clean and refreshing persistence.
