Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks with controlled fermentation temperature at 14ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the fine lees for 3 months, aging for 1 year and a half in barrels produced especially for this wine, followed by aging in the bottle.

Golden yellow color. Subtle aroma with notes of mango, pineapple and passion fruit. You can feel the excellent quality of the French oak wood. In the mouth, well structured with a touch of passion fruit and a very fresh, long and persistent aftertaste.
