Buçaco wines were and still are always produced in the same way, using the same methods as in the past. The fact that the grapes come from the Dão and Bairrada regions guarantees a wonderful wine developed noble in the bottle. These wines ferment and age in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: Considering the warm vintage, the wine does not show any signs of evolution. Quite complex, with resin, lemon character. Great freshness. Great depth of flavors, excellent mouth watering acidity.

Great to accompany seafood, fish dishes or appetizers.
