Hand harvest. 24h pre-fermentation maceration. Traditional vinification, fermentation in cement vats and granite presses. Aging in oak casks.

Tasting notes: Deep amber color with brownish tinges. Aromas of dried fruits, especially hazelnuts and vanilla notes. In the mouth it is extremely smooth, a symphony of palates with notes of honey, chocolate and caramel. The acidity balances very well for a long and elegant finish.

Maynard’s Tawny 30 Years Old is great as an aperitif or to accompany dark chocolate with nuts.
