Independent family business, Maison Louis Latour is one of the most respected wine merchants and producers in Burgundy. Known around the world for the quality of its red and white wines, the company has built a reputation for tradition and innovation. Considered one of the most traditional merchants and producers, Louis Latour, producer of some of the best Burgundy wines, also led the production of fine wines from other regions (Ardeche). The Latours have been winegrowers since the 17th century, and today they manage a 50-hectare estate, including the largest area of grands crus on the Côte d'Or, with a total of 28 hectares. Vineyards range from Chambertin in the north to Chevalier Montrachet in the south.

With a bright pale yellow complexion and green tones, the Chablis 1er Cru 2020 provides a rich nose of toast, vanilla and white peach. It is a seductive wine in the mouth with round, floral notes accompanied by lemon aromas. Nice minerality at the end.
