The high altitude terroir and schist/granite transition of Mêda allows us to produce wines that age with great quality without having to be bottled in the second or third year, which is why this wine has an unusually long aging period, both in barrels and in vats. This approach allows the wine to evolve differently from bottle aging, with other oxidation/reduction conditions developing fresh tertiary aromas closer to the wine's original character. It is a distinct type of wine aging. Medium intensity color with black cherry tones. Very complex and rich nose with notes of forest and red fruits such as cherry and strawberries. In the mouth, the volume and acidity give it great class and elegance. It surprises with the persistence of the aromas in the mouth. Production limited to 7500 bottles.
