Produced from the varieties Antão Vaz and Arinto, planted in the vineyards of Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total stemming and light crushing. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16oC. It is then aged on fine lees for twelve months with regular bâtonnage.

Tasting notes: With aroma of ripe fruit combined with elegant notes of dried fruits. In the mouth it is very balanced, with vibrant minerality and acidity combined with notes of good evolution in the bottle. Ripe fruit such as pineapple and melon predominates, ending in a rich, full and very persistent finish.
