Man plays an essential role in the creation of wines, which transports us to greater levels of pleasure and satisfaction. It starts with the hand of Man, who plants the vine, takes care of it and picks the succulent grapes that this plant produces. The wines that are made by hand, are combined with similar mastery to that of a perfumer. It mixes the wines of the different kites to create the final batch. The different notes we selected and the careful combination of the different flavors create the final wine.

All grapes are stepped on foot in mills for 1 to 3 days before fermentation. After that, they ferment in stainless steel vats for another 7 to 10 days at temperatures ranging from 22 ° to 27 ° Celsius, with manual reassembly. We then translate the wine that results from this process to French oak hulls of 225 liters, one and two years old, from different cooperas, where the wine goes through the malolactic fermentation process. All wines are aged between 18 to 24 months in barrels, keeping the different fermentations completely separate until the final blend takes place, a month before bottling
