Made from Maria Gomes grapes, this wine comes from a vineyard whose production was very low and harvested relatively early, so that the high natural acidity resulted in a white for aging.

It was vinified with an open spout, the must being placed in small decanters of 1m³ where it remained between 24 and 36 hours to decant through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, it fermented in used French oak barrels. A slight bâtonnage was made and it aged in the barrels until it was completely clear, in a natural way. 

Floral profile, with an elegant aroma, along with a very light smoke. In the mouth it is surprising, in terms of intensity, lightness and almost crunchy freshness, resulting in a vibrant and long wine with great aging potential.
