Independent family business, Maison Louis Latour is one of the most respected among Burgundy wine merchants and producers. Known around the world for the quality of its red and white wines, the company has built a reputation for tradition and innovation. Considered one of the most traditional traders and producers, Louis Latour, producer of some of the best wines in Burgundy, also led the production of fine wines from other regions (Ardèche). The Latours have been winegrowers since the 17th century, and today they run a 50-hectare estate, including the largest grands cru area on the Côte d'Or, with a total of 28 hectares. Vineyards range from Chambertin in the north to Chevalier Montrachet in the south.

Located south of Volnay and Pommard on the Côte de Beaune, Meursault is the most extensive white wine commune in the south of the Côte-d'Or. The perfect south-east exposure and the stony and marly soils contribute greatly to the remarkable finesse that Meursault wines are capable of. Typical Meursaults tend to be very full, smooth and mature wines.

On the nose, aromas of exotic fruits and vanilla are released. On the palate, these aromas are enhanced by notes of honey. A powerful wine with a very good length.
