The white grapes that give rise to this wine come from vineyards of shistose soil planted at an average altitude of 350 meters, with Northeast exposure, between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca dʼAlva.

Manual harvest harvest. The grape is slowly pressed, followed by a fermentation at a temperature of 16 °C in French oak barrels with “battonage”.

It has well-vinced traces of minerality and citrus, with a slight touch of wood caused by aging in French oak barrels.
