Selection of grapes for cutting and transport in 20kg boxes directly to our cellar where the winemaking process begins, fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Stage in new French oak barrels with “bâtonnage” for about 4 months.

Tasting Note: This reserve white has a very delicate and elegant profile. The floral and stone fruit notes stand out. The barrel, very discreet, gives harmony and complexity, creamy texture in the mouth and a good structure supported by a firm acidity. Long finish, mineral and ending with elegance.
