Cartuxa rosé was produced from two bouts of Touriga Nacional, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. Manual harvest, with subsequent cooling of the grape to 14 °C, before total defusing and optical choice of berries. Dry, fresh and floral rosé. It goes well with seafood dishes, fresh grilled fish, Italian food or a good cheese board.
