Manual harvest, grapes transported in 20 Kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with automatic temperature control.

Carmine in color with shades of pale pink, it was produced from two Touriga Nacional vines. One at Quinta das Salgueiras at 500m altitude, which gives the wine an aromatic freshness, with fruity notes and subtle floral touches. Another at Quinta do Sardoal at 250m, contributing to the mouth volume and final structure.
