An independent family company, Maison Louis Latour is one of the most respected among Burgundian wine merchants and producers. Known around the world for the quality of its red and white wines, the company has built a reputation for tradition and innovation. Considered one of the most traditional merchants and producers, Louis Latour, producer of some of the best Burgundy wines, also led the production of fine wines from other regions (Ardeche). The Latours have been winegrowers since the 17th century, and today they manage a 50-hectare estate, including the largest area of grands crus on the Côte d'Or, with a total of 28 hectares. Vineyards range from Chambertin in the north to Chevalier Montrachet in the south.

Chablis is an isolated island of vineyards in the northern part of Burgundy. Chablis da Maison Louis Latour is the ultimate expression of what the noble Chardonnay grape is able to do in the famous kimmeridgian limestone.

Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, temperature controlled with full malolactic. Aging from 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats.

Pale golden color. The nose is floral with a fresh palate and pleasant citrus notes. Good minerality at the end.
